1. Try to Apply each question to work situations, not your personal life!If you don't have any work experience then apply it to times that maybe you have volunteered.Disney is a company that is very focused on who you are as a professional how you will act, talk, and react to situations. If you answer with personal answers then it is not really a relevant answer, especially when you're answering about working in teams!
2. Answer confidently either a "strongly agree/disagree." No maybe.
In the personality section you are given questions that will help them determine what personality you have and how you may react to certain situations. This is your time to shine and show Disney you are a leader and are confident in your answers. So that means no, "i don't know" or "neutral" by doing so you may appear to them as unsure and not as confident as you really are! I, personally, always give either a "agree/disagree" answers so I am not worried about the part at all. If you honestly don't know then it's OK to put "i don't know" but try your best to answer with a "agree/disagree". Just like in school its always better to answer and get some points than to not answer and get no points!
And of Course as I always say, Follow your heart!
