Some answers from those who have done it!

Hello Folks! Below I have put a example of a walk thru one of my fellow bloggers interviews when she applied for Fall 2010. I think this will help some alot calm there nerves and better prepare for the interview!
:)

GENERAL QUESTIONS
Again, the bulk of my interview was general stuff. I talked a lot about my management and leadership position at KSUB and working with the executive staff as a team and customer service stuff with Nordstrom. The usual. We also talked a little bit about Japan, her sister is going there next month and she wants to go too someday! It's so fun, I wish I could have talked to her about it more but I'm also glad I didn't start 'cause like Disney, I can talk about Japan FOREVER.

She also asked me if I'd be interested in Quick Service Food and Beverage -- which I turned down. I know it's a standard question and everybody gets asked and turns it town, but I still felt hella awkward being like "Uhh... no...I already kinda did that..."

CHARACTER PERFORMER
For this role, we mostly talked about my performance experience, especially circus class! Those classes are such a good investment! They keep me in shape and Kathy seemed really confidant that circus had given me great character skills. That made me feel so good! I got invited to the audition, which she said will be in the last week of March! Hooray!

ATTRACTIONS
We mostly talked about why I was interested in this role. I managed to briefly work in Jungle Cruise again, but I forgot to mention the other attractions that I'd probably like to work at. We also talked a lot about my public speaking experience.

CHARACTER ATTENDANT
For this role, I don't remember how she worded it but it boiled down to "I know you want to be a character performer, but if you got character attendant would you be able to handle being around somebody else who's doing your dream job?" And that was my only question.

P.s. I hate the "How does it make you feel..." questions. Uhhh... I feel fine. Great even! I don't fly into a rage if somebody needs help while I'm in the middle of a task. I'm not going to serial kill all the character performers in revenge if I can't be one and I'm forced to be their attendant all day. Please hire me.

The interview lasted about 31 minutes, and Kathy wished me a magical evening. I feel like it went well -- although looking back, just like the last one, wish I could have talked more! More! I was trying so hard to come up with some good questions to ask at the end, but I only came up with 1. I asked about classes and if they fill up fast, and she told me sometimes they do so I should have some back-up choices ready. And also, since I'm arriving kind of in the middle I will probably only be able to take 1 or 2 classes at the most.
